SiS Meditations will kick off in April 2012. The meditations will be videos that feature poetry, music, and dancing from UP members and friends. The purpose behind the meditations is to offer a short, entertaining yet poignant message to carry with you. Often, we are so busy running and taking care of everyone around us that we don’t take five minutes out of our day to breathe, to listen to affirming words, to restore our energy. SiS Meditations offer bite-sized affirmations that you can listen to, watch, and reflect on throughout the day.
